Take some time to reflect these next few weeks
For salespeople around the world, December often feels like a month of constant chasing...
Chasing contracts for signature, chasing customers for decisions and chasing a quota that will very quickly reset in 2022.
A reminder for the salespeople in my network on this 1st day of December here in 2021.
You are only human and so are your customers.
Take the time to stop, reflect and document what you learned this past year.
What worked?
What did not work?
How are you documenting this for yourself?
Remember, December is the last month to "sell" but your development as a salesperson never ends.
So, in between your tasks of chasing these next few weeks, make sure you allocate some time to reflect.
The future of the sales profession will favor those that focus on the fundamentals.
