The Importance of Multi-Channel Communication in Sales
Identify Multiple Mediums to Communicate with Customers
As you approach the end of the quarter or the end of the fiscal year, please make sure you map the number of ways that you can communicate with the key members of your buying committee.
Ideally, you want to have 3 mediums to communicate.
1) Email
2) Phone (or Text)
3) Social channels (like LinkedIn)
The stronger the relationships, the quicker the response times during the sales cycle.
Your forecast improves when you have better information.
Better information comes with better customer communication.
Confirm what medium of communication your customer prefers.
The future of the sales profession will favor those that focus on the fundamentals.
